注射用甘露聚糖肽致严重过敏性休克1例

摘　　要：注射用甘露聚糖肽为免疫增强药,主要用于恶性肿瘤放、化疗中改善免疫功能低下的辅助治疗。常见不良反应有胸闷、呼吸困难,瘙痒、皮疹、红斑、风团、寒战、发烧、严重时可引起过敏性休克。本文报告1例应用注射用甘露聚糖肽致严重过敏性休克的病例。提示在应用甘露聚糖肽时,应详细询问过敏史,严格做好皮试,一旦有过敏反应出现,须迅速做出反应,以免贻误治疗时机。The injection of the drug of the immune enhancement is mainly used in the treatment of malignant tumor, chemotherapy and improve the immune function. The common adverse reactions are chest tightness, shortness of breath, itching, rash, erythema, wheal, chills, fever, more severely can cause anaphylactic shock. In this paper, we report 1 cases of severe allergic shock caused by injection of mannose. In the application of Mannatide, patient should be asked in detail about the history of allergy, strictly do skin test, once allergic reaction, to respond quickly, so as not to delay treatment timing.
