摘 要:对江西某铜铅混合精矿进行了浮选高效分离试验研究。铜铅混合精矿经活性炭脱药-再磨-铜铅分离工艺流程,在新型组合抑制剂TPF+CMC、铜高效硫胺酯捕收剂Lp-1#作用下,获得了铜品位23.56%、铜作业回收率84.69%、含金0.95 g/t、金回收率93.12%、含银2 150 g/t、银回收率62.13%的铜精矿,和含铅40.03%、铅回收率81.94%、含银2 800 g/t、银回收率37.87%的铅精矿,铜铅分离效果良好。Experimental study to separate efficiently a Cu-Pb bulk concentrate from a mineral processing plant in Jiangxi province was carried out. The concentrate was reground after dereagent using activated carbon. Then,copper and lead minerals were separated with TPF and CMC as the combined depressant,an ethionine ester Lp-1#as the collector. A copper concentrate with Cu grade and operation recovery of 23.56% and 84.69%,respectively,Au content and recovery of 0.95 g / t and 93.12%,and Ag content and recovery of 2 150 g / t and 62.13%,respectively,can be collected,while a lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 40.03% and 81.94%,and Ag content and recovery of 2 800 g / t and37.87%,respectively,can be reclaimed.
