摘 要:采用TBP+N_(235)协同萃取铜电解液中的砷,研究了萃取过程中各工艺参数对砷萃取率的影响。结果表明,当有机相组成为60%TBP+15%N_(235)+25%煤油,萃取时间为2 min,萃取相比为1时,砷单级萃取率为33.51%,五级错流萃取砷综合萃取率为72.82%。负载砷有机相经洗涤-二级逆流反萃工艺后砷综合反萃率为95.79%。An experiment on synergistic extraction of As from the copper electrolyte with TBP and N235 was performed to investigate the impact of process parameters on the extraction rate of arsenic. Results showed that,with the organic phase composed of 60%TBP +15%N235+25%kerosene,2-minute extraction with O / A rate of 1,the single-stage extraction rate of arsenic was 33. 51% and the comprehensive extraction rate of arsenic reached 72. 82% after five stage cross-current extraction. And the loaded organic phase was subjected to the process of washing and two stage counter-current back extraction,resulting in the total back-extraction rate at 95.79%.
