摘 要:采用湿法-火法联合工艺处理铜转炉白烟灰得到还原合金,再利用真空蒸馏技术处理得到Pb-Bi合金,并富集还原合金中的Ag。研究了真空度、温度、时间等因素对分离Pb和Bi及富集Ag的影响。实验表明:在真空度3 Pa、蒸馏温度1 000℃、蒸馏时间120 min的最优条件下对湿法-火法联合工艺处理白烟灰产出的还原合金进行真空分离,99.99%以上的Pb、Bi进入挥发物,85%的Ag富集在残留物中,可以得到Pb-Bi合金和富Ag渣。Copper converter dust firstly treated with the combination of pyro-and hydro-metallurgical process,could yield a kind of alloy,which was subjected to the following vacuum distillation separation process,resulting in the Pb-Bi alloy and enriched Ag. The impacts of vacuum degree,distillation temperature and time on the volatilization of Pb,Bi,and Ag enrichment were experimentally investigated. Results show that more than 99.99% of Pb and Bi was volatilized into the volatile and 85% of Ag enriched into the residue by the combination of pyro-and hydro-metallurgical process under the following optimized conditions,including a vacuum degree at 3 Pa,a distillation at the temperature of 1 000 ℃ for120 min. Consequently,the Pb-Bi alloy and Ag-enriched slag can be obtained.
