摘 要:研究了马来西亚海砂对球团成球性能及冶金性能的影响。结果表明:配加10%~30%的马来西亚海砂制备球团矿,球团成球速度变慢,球团易长大和控制。随海砂配比增加,生球落下强度及抗压强度略有下降,但仍达到国标要求;球团含粉率略有提高,适宜的焙烧温度略有降低;球团低温还原粉化性能、软化性能及还原膨胀性能等均达到国标要求,可满足生产需要。Effects of Malaysia sea sand on the pelletizing performance and metallurgical performance of pellets were studied. Research results show that by adding 10% ~ 30% of Malaysia sea sand,the balling speed of pellet will slow down and pellet is liable to grow with easier control. However,an increased proportion of sea sand will lead to a slight fall in the compression strength and shatter strength of green pellet( that is still up to the national standard),as well as result in a slight increase in the percentage of powdered pellet and drop in the appropriate roasting temperature. All the metallurgical properties including the low-temperature reduction-desintegration index and softening-melting characteristics and reducing inflation performance of pellets could meet the national standard for production.
