摘 要:为了有效回收氯氧化锆母液中的钪,采用45%N235+5%仲辛醇+50%煤油组成的有机相对氯氧化锆母液进行预处理,实现了母液中的Fe、U与Sc的有效分离。使用30%P204+70%煤油组成的有机相萃取富集母液中的钪,用4.5 mol/L H2SO4+1 mol/L H2O2+0.4 mol/L HF混合液洗杂,然后用2.5 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液反萃Sc,钪反萃物经酸溶、草酸沉淀、灼烧得到Sc2O3产品。本工艺简单合理,成本低,钪单级萃取率达99%,洗涤中钪损耗率为1.19%,钪反萃率达97.5%,Sc2O3产品纯度为98%,是一种从氯氧化锆母液中回收钪的有效方法。For recycling Sc,the Zr OCl mother liquor was firstly treated with organic phase composed of 45% N_(235),5%sec-octyl alcohols and 50% kerosene,leading to the separation of Fe and U from Sc in the mother liquor. The Sc in the enriched mother liquor was then extracted with another organic phase composed of 30% P_(204) and 70% kerosene,and the impurities were washed with a mixture consisting of 4.5 mol / L H_2SO_4,1 mol/L H_2O_2 and 0.4 mol / L HF. After that,back extraction technique was used to recovery Sc with 2.5 mol / L Na OH,and the obtained Sc extract was subjected to acid solution,oxalic acid precipitation and calcination,yielding the product of Sc_2O_3. This process with relatively low cost,being simple and reasonable,can lead to the product of Sc_2O_3 with purity up to 98%. The single-stage extraction rate of Sc reached 99% and Sc loss rate at washing stage just around 1.19%,while the back extraction rate of Sc reached97.5%. It is consequently regarded as an effective method to recycle Sc from Zr OCl mother liquor.
