刃针联合龙氏手法治疗寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨刃针联合龙氏手法治疗寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕的临床疗效.方法：119例寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕患者随机分为联合组40例、刃针组38例和手法组41例,分别采用刃针疗法联合龙氏手法、刃针疗法、龙氏手法,2个疗程后及治疗结束后1个月比较三组患者的临床疗效.结果：2个疗程后及治疗结束后1个月,联合组总有效率均显著高于刃针组及手法组（P〈0.05）,刃针组总有效率与手法组比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：刃针疗法联合龙氏手法治疗寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕近期和远期疗效均较好,可以改善患者的临床症状与体征,提高患者生活质量.Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Renzhen combined with Long＇s manipulation treating cervical vertigo caused by atlantoaxi-al subluxation. Methods：119 cases of vertigo caused by atlantoaxial subluxation were randomly divided into combined group of 40 cases, Renzhen group of 38 cases and manipulation group of 41 cases, respectively with treatment of Renzhen combined with Long＇s manipulation, Renzhen, Long＇s manipulation, the clinical efficacy of the three groups after 2 courses and 1 month after treatment were compared. Results：The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of Renzhen group and manipulation group after 2 courses and 1 month after treatment（P＆lt;0.05）, and there was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between the Renzhen group and manipulation group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Short-and long-term therapeutic effects of Renzhen combined with Long＇s manipulation treating cervical vertigo caused by atlantoaxial subluxation are both good, which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs, as well as life quality of patients＇.
