摘 要:针对MRF再分散性性能没有量化标准及测试方法的问题,提出了采用搅拌静置6个月MRF至均匀分散状态,测量电机扭矩和转速,计算这一过程中消耗电机功率的方法,以消耗功对MRF再分散性进行量化。设计开发了测试系统,对3种MRF进行了测试,结果说明测试系统性能可靠,测试方法实用性强。At present, the redispersibility of magento- rheological fluid (MRF) hasn't been quantified, nor is there an appropriate testing method. In this paper, a method is proposed which estimates this property by stirring MRF for a peri- od of 6 months until it is evenly dispersed. Torque and rotation speed of the motor are measured in or- der to calculate the energy used by the motor, which is used to measure MRF redispersibility. A test system has been built and three types of MRF have been tested. The result shows that the sys- tem is reliable, the test method is practical and the test theory is creative. All of these fill in gaps in establishing MRF quantified criterion of redispersibility.
