胶麦特色主食干预“三位一体”模式管理糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胶麦特色主食干预、八段锦运动联合药物治疗"三位一体"标准化防治模式对糖尿病的综合防控效果。方法:选择糖尿病前期和2型糖尿病患者420例,随机分为对照组和模式干预组各210例。患者均给予糖尿病健康指导,对照组采用常规饮食、运动及药物治疗,模式干预组采用胶麦特色主食干预、八段锦运动联合药物治疗"三位一体"标准化防治模式治疗。监测两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、腰围、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的变化,以观察分析治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,模式干预组的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、腰围、血脂水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胶麦特色主食干预、八段锦运动联合药物治疗"三位一体"标准化防治模式能增加患者治疗依从性,提高糖尿病防治效果和综合达标率。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of the wheat glue characteristic staple food,Baduanjin exercise and the medication on the prevention and cure of diabetes.Methods：420 patients with pre-diabetes and type-2 diabetes were randomized into the control group and the model intervention group respectively,with 210 cases in each group.All patients were given diabetes health guidance,the control group adopted conventional diet,exercise and drug treatment,while the model intervention group were with the standard ＂Trinity＂management model of wheat glue characteristic staple food,Baduanjin exercise and drug treatment.The changes of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,waist circumference,serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results：After the treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,waist circumference and blood lipid levels in the model intervention group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The＂Trinity＂standard model of prevention and treatment based on the intervention of wheat glue characteristic staple food,Baduanjin exercise combined with medication can increase the compliance of patients,and improve the prevention and control rate and the overall compliance rate of diabetes.
