血管内介入栓塞治疗脑血管畸形的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索血管内介入栓塞治疗脑血管畸形的疗效。方法:选择我院收治的脑血管畸形患者94例,按照随机数表法将患者分成对照组和治疗组各47例。对照组行传统畸形切除手术治疗,而治疗组行血管内介入栓塞治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,出院后进行随访,分析两组患者的日常生活功能(ADL)、并发症发生率及生存率。结果:观察组患者有效率和完全闭塞率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者次全闭塞和部分栓塞的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者ADLⅠ级所占百分率明显高于对照组,而Ⅴ级所占百分率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生存率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管内介入栓塞治疗脑血管畸形具有良好的临床疗效,栓塞效果好,并发症少。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of endovascular interventional embolization treatment on cerebral vascular malformations.Methods：According to the random number table,94 cases of patients with cerebrovascular malformations in our hospital were divided into the control group and treatment group with 47 cases each.The control group was treated with traditional tumor removal surgery,while the treatment group was treated with endovascular interventional embolization.The clinical curative effect and embolism removal of patients in both groups were observed.Patients were followed-up after discharge,and the daily living（ADL）functions,complication and survival rate of both groups were analyzed statistically.Results：The efficiency and proportion of occlusion of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,there showed no statistical differences of the full close and partial embolization between both groups（P〉0.05）;proportion of ADL levelⅠof the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the proportion of levelⅤwas significantly lower than that of the control group,which were of statistical differences between both groups（P〈0.05）,but there showed no statistical differences of the other ADL levels between both groups（P〈0.05）;the survival rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,while the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was of statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Endovascular interventional embolization in the treatment of cerebrovascular malformation has good curative effect,which is helpful to improve the effect of interventional embolization and ADL scores,meanwhile it can reduce the incidence of complications.
