逍遥散治疗更年期女性膝关节骨关节炎疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:以口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊为对照,探讨逍遥散治疗更年期女性膝关节骨关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法:将更年期女性膝OA患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组口服逍遥丸9周,对照组口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊9周,按膝关节功能SAS量表评价关节功能。结果:治疗后,两组患者膝关节功能都有明显恢复,膝关节疼痛改善、活动范围、主动伸展、步行能力和日常生活等项评分比治疗前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散治疗更年期女性膝OA患者有良好的疗效。Objective：To explore the effect of xiaoyaosan on the knee-joint functions of menopausal women with knee osteoarthritis（OA）.Methods：60 female patients with knee OA,aged from 50 to 65,were randomized into the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.Chinese medicine group took xiaoyaowan for 9 weeks,while the western medicien group took sulfur amino glucose capsule for the same period.The knee joint functions were determined by using SAS before and after the treatment,and the data were statistically processed.Results：Patients in both groups had been impoved obviously for the knee pain score,range of motion,active stretching,walking ability and daily life scored after treatment,which ware of statistical different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaoyaosan has good effect on menopausal women with knee OA.
