自动贴壁式真空采血试管临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自动贴壁式真空采血试管在血液标本采集的应用效果。方法:将56例健康志愿者分别采用自动贴壁和普通真空采血试管抽取血液标本,分别在采集后30,90min检测钾、钠、氯离子、天门冬氨酸转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶浓度。结果:标本采集30min,90min时钾、钠、氯离子检测结果无统计学意义,但普通真空采血管采血法的天门冬氨酸转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶比实验组检测值高(P<0.05)。结论:受溶血影响较大检验项目更适合使用自动贴壁式真空采血试管采集血液标本。Objective：To discuss the application effect of automatical wall-sticking vacuum blood collection tube in blood sample collection.Methods：56 cases healthy volunteers＇ blood samples were drawn respectively by automatical wall-sticking vacuum blood collection tubes and the ordinary ones.The concentration of potassium,sodium,chlorideion,aspartate transaminase and lactate dehydrogenase were measured 30 min and 90 min after blood samples were drawn respectively.Results：When the samples were collected by ordinary blood collection tubes at 30 min and 90 min,there were no statistical differences of the test results of the potassium,sodium and chlorideion,but the concentration of aspartate transaminase and lactate dehydrogenase was higher than that of the experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is more suitable to adopt automatical wall-sticking vacuum blood collection tube in blood sample collection for the inspection items affected more by hemolysis.
