摘  要:目的研究确定大孔吸附树脂分离纯化鸡骨草总皂苷的工艺条件,为鸡骨草的开发利用提供了科学依据。方法以70%乙醇为溶剂回流提取鸡骨草后,上D101型大孔吸附树脂,水洗后用不同浓度的乙醇洗脱液进行梯度洗脱,以比色法测定总皂苷含量,计算吸附容量。结果测定大孔吸附树脂分离纯化鸡骨草总皂苷的最佳洗脱条件为:用蒸馏水洗去水溶性杂质后用30%乙醇洗脱总皂苷,洗脱率为36.41%,大孔吸附树脂的吸附容量为15.30mg/g。结论确定大孔吸附树脂分离纯化鸡骨草总皂苷的工艺条件。Objective TO determinate the condition of separation and purification of total saponins from abrus cantoniensis with macroporous absorptive resin,and provide the scientific basis for development and utilization with Abrus cantoniensis. Methods Abrus cantoniensis was extracted with 75% ethanol and then the extraction was purified with D101 macroporous absorptive resin. Eluted by different concentration of ethanol after water washing. Results The optimal conditions of separation and purification of total saponins from abrus cantoniensis with macroporous absorptive resin is that water wash water soluble impurities and30% ethanol elution total saponin. The elution rate is 36. 41%,and the adsorption capacity of macroporous adsorption resin is15. 30 mg / g. Conclusion To determinate the condition of separation and purification of total saponins from abrus cantoniensis with macroporous absorptive resin.
