摘  要:目的优化樟树叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。方法在单因素的基础上,采用正交实验设计法,以总黄酮得率为指标,考察提取时间、提取温度、固液比、乙醇体积分数4个提取因素的最佳水平。结果樟树叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为70%、固液比1∶30、提取温度80℃、提取时间120min。通过验证在此条件下樟树叶黄酮提取率可达4.69%。结论该提取工艺简单可靠,合理可行,该研究为樟树叶黄酮开发提供一定参考依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from camphor leaves by orthogonal experiment design.Methods Based on one factor test,an orthogonal experimental design was employed,with total flavonoids extract ratio as an index,to optimize four extraction factors: extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and volume fraction of ethanol. Results The optimum technology conditions of extraction flavonoids from camphor leaves from the view of economy were as follows: volume fraction of ethanol of 70%,ratio of solid to liquid of 1: 30,extraction temperature of 80℃ and extraction time of120 minute. Conclusion The extraction process was simple and reliable,reasonable and practicable,and it provided the experimental basis for full use of camphor flavonoids.
