青香茅降压活性部位的筛选

摘　　要：目的研究香茅的四种萃取物对家兔动脉血压的影响。方法用24只健康家兔随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、石油醚部位组、乙酸乙酯部位组、正丁醇部位组及水部位组。各组家兔经兔耳缘静脉分别给药,实验组给予香茅乙醇提取液的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水萃取物,空白对照组给予0.52%吐温-80双蒸水,阳性对照组给予卡托普利,应用BL-420F生物机能实验系统记录仪观察各组家兔动脉血压的变化情况。结果与空白对照组相比,香茅乙酸乙酯萃取物组平均动脉血压描记曲线有明显降低(P<0.05),香茅石油醚、正丁醇和水萃取物组与空白对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通过降压活性部位筛选实验,发现香茅的乙酸乙酯萃取物可使家兔血压明显下降。Objective To research the infucence of four kinds of extracts of Cymbopogon caesius on rabbit artery blood pressure.Methods With 24 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group,positive control group,petroleum ether parts group,ethyl acetate parts group,n-butyl alcohol parts group and water parts group. Groups were investigated by the rabbit ear marginal vein respectively,the experimental group give Cymbopogon caesius ethanol extract of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water extract,blank control group to give 0. 52% twain-80 pairs of steaming water,positive control group given captopril,Application of BL-420 F biological function experiment system recorder observed between groups of rabbit artery blood pressure changes. Results Compared with the blank control group,Cymbopogon caesius ethyl acetate extract group had significantly lower mean arterial blood pressure trace curve（ P〈0. 05）,compared with blank control group Cymbopogon caesius petroleum ether,n-butanol and water extract group have no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion By step-down active site screening experiment and found that the ethyl acetate extract of Cymbopogon caesius can make rabbits significantly lower blood pressure.
