生脉注射液抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘　　要：生脉注射液是根据古代经典名方"生脉散"而制成的中药注射液,其主要有效成分为红参、麦冬、五味子。生脉注射液具有广泛的药理作用,在抗心律失常、保护心肌细胞、改善急性缺血的心肌梗死、提高机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤等方面具有重要的应用价值。目前生脉注射液已成为中药制剂中抗肿瘤治疗的重要药物,文章就其在治疗非小细胞肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、膀胱癌等不同肿瘤的药理作用及其作用机制的最新研究进展作一综述。Shengmai injection was traditional Chinese drug injection,which derived from the Powder for Restoring Pulse Beat.Its effective constituent were ginseng,Pphiopogon japonicus（ Thunb.）,Ker-Gawl and Schisandra chinensis（ Turcz） Ball.Shengmai injection had extensive pharmacological actions,such as anti-arrhythmia,protecting cardiac myocyte,improving myocardial infarction,improving immunity、anti-cancer. Now Shengmai injection has been become important anti-cancer medicine.The author reviewed its pharmacologic actions and mechanisms in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,stomach cancer,hepatic cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,colon cancer,breast cancer,bladder cancer and so on.
