清肺口服液治疗儿童病毒性肺炎疗效及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价清肺口服液用于儿童病毒性肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、pubmed和Web of Science数据库,收集有关清肺口服液用于儿童病毒性肺炎治疗的临床研究,根据纳入和剔除标准收集文献,进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇临床对照研究,meta分析结果显示,清肺口服液组在退热时间、咳嗽治愈率以及总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论清肺口服液治疗儿童病毒性肺炎疗效确切,在退热时间、咳嗽治愈率及整体疗效方面均优于对照组,但纳入研究的方法学质量低,其疗效需更多高质量临床试验来验证。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingfei Oral Liquid in the treatment of children viral pneumonia.Methods CNKI database,VIP database,CBM database,Pubmed and Web of Science were searched by keywords,and the obtained references were screened for clinical trials on the introduction of Qingfei Oral Liquid in therapy of children viral pneumonia. The clinical trial results of efficacy were meta-analyzed. Results 7 studies were included. Meta-analysis results showed that in terms of cooling time,cough cure rate and the total effective Qingfei Oral Liquid group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Qingfei Oral Liquid was more effective in the treatment of children viral pneumonia according to our results. However,higher quality clinical studies are needed as most trials included in this review were of lower quality.
