摘 要:针对深部沿空掘巷肩角锚杆破断问题,通过建立肩角锚杆力学模型,分析肩角锚杆在围岩变形破坏影响下的杆体受力特征,得出锚杆剪力沿锚杆长度分布曲线,揭示了深部沿空掘巷肩角锚杆破断机理,认为W钢带对锚杆的剪切力是造成锚杆破断的主要原因;运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行计算,得出锚杆受力曲线与力学分析基本一致,有效验证了理论分析的可靠性.提出采用钢带托盘代替"W"钢带的改进措施,并成功应用于工程实践,肩角锚杆破断显著减少,保证了深部沿空掘巷围岩的支护效果.Aiming at the problem of shoulder blot broken in deep coal roadway along gob area, through building mechanical model of shoulder bolt, the paper analyzed the bolt stress characteristics under the influence of surrounding rock deformation and failure after produced bending deformation and displacement by extrusion of fractured surrounding rock, and obtained the curve of shear force distribution along the bolt length, which revealed the broken mechanism of shoulder blot in deep coal roadway along the gob area. The W strip of anchor bolt shear force is the main cause of breakage; through establishing calculation model by using numerical simulation software named FLAC3 D, the paper obtained that the curve of bolt stress and mechanical analysis are basically identical, which gave an effective validation to mechanical analysis reliability. Finally, this paper put forward improved modes by using "W" strip instead of steel belt that successfully applies it in engineering practice and effectively prevent the shoulder bolt broken, and ensures the stability of surrounding rock in deep coal roadway along the gob area.
