摘  要:中国西部地域广大,野外地质调查环境恶劣,极容易发生人员迷失、车辆故障等险情,基于北斗卫星通信导航技术、地理信息技术开发新疆地矿局应急救援管理系统,并建立一级应急指挥中心及二级应急指挥中心,根据野外地质调查的特点,结合野外项目范围,实现野外地质调查人员实时跟踪定位,从无法通讯到实时交流的质变,加强野外地质调查工作应急处理能力,提高中国在野外应急救援当中的保障水平,最大化地保障地质人员的人身安全。The western regions in China cover a vast expanse of land,with a poor environment of field geological survey, so it is extremely easy to cause many accidents, such as working staff' s lost, vehicle breakdowns and other dangerous situations. This paper developed emergency rescue management system of Xinjiang Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources based on BeiDou Satellite Navigation System and GIS technology, and established primary and sencondary emer- gency command center. In the meanwhile, according to the characteristics of field geological survey and the field project range ,we accomplished the real-time tracking of field geological survey staff as well as strengthened the emergency handling capacity of field geological survey work. Finally, we have achieved the transformation from no correspondences to real-time communication, and futher improved the level of protection in the field emergency rescue of our country to realize the maximum personal safety of geological staff.
