摘　　要：为了改变能源结构,顺应第三次工业革命的时代潮流,"能源互联网"作为未来能源可持续发展的解决方案,其概念一经提出便得到广泛关注。分析了"能源互联网"的基本概念、特点和内涵,提出了能源互联网的基本架构。综述了北美、欧洲各国在能源互联网方面的研究成果和发展思路。对能源互联网的核心技术——能量路由器的功能和结构作了详细的介绍,并从已有支撑技术出发分析了能源互联网需要实现的关键技术。To change the structure of resources and adapt to the trend of the third industry revolution,as the solution for future sustainable development,once the concept of ＂energy internet system（ EIS） ＂was proposed,it attracts extensive attention. This paper analyzed the basic conception,the characters and the content of EIS and presented the framework of it. Research achievements and development ideas of North America,Europe and Japan were proposed. Energy router,as the core technology of EIS,together with other key technologies,was introduced and analyzed in detail.
