摘 要:以世界500强企业的专利为高价值专利的代表,统计了其3021071条专利的6379822条被引信息,在5个时间窗内分析了不同行业的675个专利同被引网络的演化过程,发现了3个方面的特征:①“被引率”与专利价值基本无关;②“高自引”是高价值专利的普遍而显著的特征;③同被引网络的不同演化规律呈现着不同行业的垄断或竞争特质。解释了以上3方面特征产生的原因:①“被引率”与专利价值无关是缘于“专利被引”远比“学术论文被引”更复杂的法律(专利法)和市场背景;②“高自引”是企业自我革命与更新、构建专利壁垒、自成行业标准等过程的伴生产品;③专利同被引网络的紧凑性指标递增是行业垄断的结果,专利同被引网络紧凑性指标对多元性指标的无约束性是行业竞争情境的体现。Taking the patents of Fortune Global 500 companies as the sample of high value patents, this paper analyzed their cited times statistically, studied their co-citatlon networks' evolution, and found 3 characteristics : ( 1 ) patent's value is irrelevant to its cited times; (2) high self-citation is a significant character of patents with high value; (3) the evolution of patents' co-citation network can tell monopoly or completion of the market. The reasons for the above 3 characteristics are explained : ( 1 ) patent's value is irrelevant to its cited times, because patent citation is shaped by Patent Law and market is quite complex than academic citation ; (2) high self-citation is the by-product of self-revolution, constructing patent harriers or building industry standards; (3) the rising compactness of the co-citation networks is the result of monopoly, while the diversity of the co-citation networks which is free from the compactness is embodying competition context.
