摘　　要：目的:探讨白芨硫酸钡混悬剂在肠系造影诊断小肠间质瘤中的价值。方法:将白芨粉2g,医用硫酸钡150g混合,制成白芨硫酸钡混悬剂500m L左右,让患者一次服下,透视下观察钡剂通过食道、胃、全部小肠,直到回盲部。采用仰卧位、俯卧位、侧位及右前斜位、左前斜位等多种体位观察,并对有价值的图像适时摄片。结论:白芨硫酸钡混悬剂在肠系造影中具有操作方法简便、钡剂不易沉淀、肠管病变显示清楚等特点,并能避免常规钡剂肠系检查对病变肠管的损伤,同时,在预防病灶出血方面也有独特的功能。Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of mesenteric radiography with bletilla striata barium sulfate on small intestinal stromal tumor. Methods： bletilla powder（2g） and barium sulfate（150g） were mixed for 500 m L. After taking medicine, the path of the mixture was observed. Multiple position were observed, in order to get valuable image radiography. Conclusion： Bletilla barium sulfate suspension contains some characters, such as simple operation, keeping floating and clear indications of intestinal lesions, and can avoid injury of intestinal lesions. At the same time, unique features can prevent from bleeding lesions.
