尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭46例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和分析尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的92例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,两组均给予常规降压、利尿等治疗,观察组再给予尿毒清颗粒治疗,对比两组治疗前后BUN、SCr、Ccr水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者的各项指标均得到了改善,且观察组的各项指标明显优于治疗前,同时观察组的总有效率为93.5%,显著高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒清颗粒可有效改善患者的BUN、SCr和Ccr,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Niaoduqing granules on chronic renal failure. Methods： 92 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 46 cases in each group; two groups were given routine therapy; the observation group was given Niaoduqing granules more; before and after treatment BUN, SCr, Ccr level and clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the indicators in two groups were improved; the total efficiency of 93.5% in the observation group was significantly higher than 78.3% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Niaoduqing granules can effectively improve BUN, SCr and Ccr, is worthy of promotion.
