中医联合手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医联合手术治疗椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:102例椎间盘突出症患者被随机分为单纯手术组50例和中药结合组52例。单纯手术组接受手术治疗和术后常规治疗,中医联合组在手术治疗基础上加服中药治疗(石氏牛蒡子汤)及腰腿局部手法治疗。结果:单纯手术组在第2周、第1个月和第3个月的总有效率分别为10.0%、26.0%和54.0%,中医联合组在第2周、第1个月和第3个月的总有效率分别为51.9%、80.8%和94.2%。在各时间点中药结合组的总有效率均比单纯手术组高(P<0.01)。结论:中医联合手术治疗椎间盘突出症的临床疗效优于单纯手术。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the TCM therapy plus surgery on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in the simple surgery intervention group received conventional surgery. 52 patients in the integrative medicine group received TCM medicine more. Results： The total efficiency in the simple surgery intervention group respectively were 10.0%, 26.0% and 54.0% at 2nd week,1st month and 3rd month; 51.9%, 80.8% and 94.2% at 2nd week,1st month and 3rd month respectively. All total efficiency at each time spot in the integrative medicine group were better（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The TCM plus surgery on lumbar disc herniation shows a significant effect.
