加味三才汤结合敷脐治疗围绝经期心悸40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味三才汤结合敷脐治疗围绝经期心悸的临床疗效和复发率。方法:将80例围绝经期心悸患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用加味三才汤结合敷脐法治疗,对照组给予稳心颗粒治疗,治疗30d后观察比较两组临床疗效,治疗后随访3个月观察对比两组复发率。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组复发率对比,治疗组低于对照组。结论:加味三才汤结合敷脐治疗围绝经期心悸有较好的临床疗效,且复发率较低。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Sancai decoction plus umbilical sticker on perimenopause palpitations and recurrence. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each. The treatment Foup was given the Sancai decoction plus umbilical sticker; the control group received the Wenxin granule. In 30 days, clinical efficacy in groups was observed. In 3 months, recurrence in groups was compared. Results： Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Recurrence in the treatment group was lower. Conclusion： The Sancai decoction plus umbilical sticker was effective on perimenopause palpitations, with low recurrence.
