摘　　要：目的:研究孕妇孕期中医体质分型与妊娠并发症、新生儿并发症的相关性。方法:对来我院产科门诊产检的孕妇进行中医体质辨证,并通过数据分析探讨孕期体质与羊水过多、羊水过少、妊娠期糖尿病等疾病发生以及新生儿并发症的相关性。结果:妊娠晚期体质与妊娠期中出现的羊水过少、糖尿病及新生儿黄疸的发生率有关,而脾肾两虚质与以上疾病的发病关系尤甚。Objective： To study the correlations of pregnancy physique, pregnancy complications and neonatal complications. Methods： TCM differentiation was applied in pregnant women to our hospital obstetrics outpatient. The correlations of pregnancy physique and pregnancy complications such as polyhydramnios, oligohydramnions, gestational diabetes, neonatal complications and other diseases were investigated according to data analysis. Results： There are correlations of pregnant women physique during late pregnancy and pregnancy complications such as polyhydramnios~ gestational diabetes and neonatal jaundice. The relationships between these diseases and spleen and kidney deficiency physique were especially close.
