补肾益气和血方联合阿司匹林治疗ACA阳性所致先兆流产临床研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论补肾益气和血方联合阿司匹林治疗ACA阳性所致先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的42例ACA阳性所致先兆流产患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各选21例。两组患者同时给予阿司匹林口服、绒毛膜促性腺激素、黄体酮注射液肌注、黄体酮胶囊口服、维生素E胶丸、叶酸片等常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用补肾益气和血方。2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评价两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清ACA、β-HCG的变化情况。结果:治疗组痊愈12例,好转6例,无效3例。对照组痊愈7例,好转8例,无效6例,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清β-HCG水平都有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗组改善较对照组明显。结论:补肾益气和血方联合阿司匹林治疗ACA阳性所致先兆流产较单纯阿司匹林临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Bushen Yiqi Hexue prescription plus aspirin on threatened abortion from ACA positive. Methods： 42 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 21 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with the Bushen Yiqi Huoxue prescription more. Clinical efficacy, serum ACA and fl-HCG in two groups were compared. Results： In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured; 7 cases were improved; 3 cases were invalid. In the control group, 7 cases were recovered; 8 cases were improved; 6 cases were invalid. Differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Serum fl-HCG level in the treatment group was more improved significantly by comparing with the control group. Conclusion： Treating threatened abortion from ACA positive with the Bushen Yiqi Hexue prescription plus aspirin can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
