中药熏洗结合蜡疗治疗股骨头骨髓水肿综合征20例

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗法结合蜡疗对治疗股骨头骨髓水肿综合征的临床疗效。方法:收集我科股骨头骨髓水肿综合征患者20例,给予中药熏洗药物及石蜡外敷治疗,治疗前后按照髋关节Harris评分系统进行评分。结果:治疗前平均(43.17±12.62)分,治疗后平均(86.73±14.29)分,治疗前后评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗结合蜡疗在治疗股骨头骨髓水肿综合征方面有显著疗效,值得推广。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation plus wax therapy on femoral bone marrow edema syndrome. Methods： 20 patients were given herbal fumigation plus wax therapy. After treatment, patient＇s articulatio coxae were evaluated according to Harris scoring system. Results： Before treatment, the score was （43.17±12.62） on average; after treatment, the score was （86.73 ±14.29） on average. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Herbal fumigation plus wax therapy on femoral bone marrow edema syndrome showed a significant effect, was worthy of promotion.
