活血通痹汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通痹汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床效果。方法:80例患者分为两组,全部患者给予糖尿病常规治疗,观察组予以活血通痹汤内服加双足浸泡联合前列地尔治疗,对照组则予以前列地尔治疗?结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉内径、峰值流速及血流量均较治疗前改善?结论:活血通痹汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症效果确切,值得临床推广?Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Huoxuetongbi Decoction combined with Alprostadil on lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans （ASO） of diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods： 80 Cases were divided into two groups, all patients were given conventional treatment of diabetes, the observation group was treated with huoxuetongbi Decoction combined with feet soaking with Alprostadil, the control group was given only Alprostadil treatment. Results： The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The femoral artery, popliteal artery, dorsal arterial diameter, the peak flow rate and blood flow of two groups were all relieved than those before treatment. Conclusion： Huoxuetongbi decoction combined with Alprostadil had good effect in the treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,, it was worthy of promotion.
