摘　　要：狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)是系统性性红斑狼疮最常见的并发症,临床上以尿沉渣异常、肾功能下降为主要特征。中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)是一种与炎症、肿瘤等密切相关的脂质运载蛋白。近年研究发现,NGAL可能参与启动肾脏发育,并发挥保护肾脏的作用。LN患者NGAL表达水平明显增高,尤其是尿液中的NGAL水平与肾损伤程度更相关。随后又发现NGAL对LN早期诊断、病情监测及预后评估均有重要意义,是一种新的理想的LN生物标志物。Lupus nephritis （LN） is a common complication of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）, the main clinical features of which are abnormal urine sediment and renal dysfimction. Neutrophil gelatinase- associated lipocalin （NGAL） as a member of lipocalin family might be closely relate with inflammation and tumor. In recent years, studies show that NGAL is associated with initiation of kidney development and protection of kidney function. Meanwhile, the level of NGAL expression is significantly increase in LN, espaciallyin urine, which is more relevant to the degree of renal damage. Then, NGAL is found having important meaning to early diagnosis, disease monitoring and prognosis evaluation of LN. It is a new ideal LN biomarker.
