摘　　要：近年来,高校对大学生创业教育工作日益重视,创业管理专业应运而生,但由于起步时间较晚,创业管理专业尚未形成一套科学的教育培养模式,特别是实践教学环节比较薄弱,制约了创业管理专业的发展和人才培养的效果。因此,探索构建与创业园区合作对接的人才培养新机制势在必行。Currently, because of the universities attaching greater importance to entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial management emerges at this time. But due to a short history, there has not been a scientific mode of education, especially for those practical teaching links which restrict the development of the profession and influence the results of personal cultivation. This essay, based on Shanghai, analyzes the current situation and problems of this profession to explore and build new mechanisms for developing talent by cooperating with innovation parks.
