摘　　要：由于冲动消费等原因,一部分高校在校大学生拥有大量的闲置物品,而另一部分在校大学生希望以便宜的价格获得二手物品。因此,为了实现供需双方信息对接,让这些闲置物品充分发挥价值,需要建立一个信息平台,可以实现校园内闲置物品进行易物或交易。本文主要研究高校闲置物品易物交易平台的商业模式,运用魏朱六要素模型从其定位、业务系统、赢利模式、关键资源和能力、现金流结构和企业价值等6个方面进行分析。Due to impulse spending and other reasons, some universities have a large number of unused items college students, college students and another part wishes to obtain second-hand goods cheaply. Therefore, both supply and demand information in order to achieve the docking, so that maximize the value of these unused items, we need to establish an information platform that can implement campus unused items to barter or trade.This paper studies Universities unused items barter trading platform business model, using the six elements of the model Wei Zhu analyzed from six aspects of positioning, business systems, profit model, key resources and capacity, cash flow structure and enterprise value, etc.
