摘 要:在气力输送实验台上,以空气为输送介质,砂石为输送物料,进行水平管道流动特性实验;并以Euler方法为基础,建立数学模型,利用Fluent软件进行模拟。结果表明:水平管道底部颗粒浓度沿轴向不断增大,接近管道尾部时浓度减小;气相输送速度相同时,颗粒粒径越小,则水平管道内压降越小,颗粒在管道内分布越均匀,越容易获取加速度;通过对比可知,模拟所得结论与实际测量结果相符。The level pipe flow characteristics experiment of sands were carried with compressed air as pumped medium in a pneumatic transmit experimental bench. Based on Euler method, a mathematical model was established, and simulations by Fluent software were conducted. The results show that the particle concentration at the bottom of horizontal pipe increases along axial direction, and decreases when close to the tail pipe.With the same gas phase conveying speed, the smaller the particle size is,the smaller the pressure drop is in the horizontal pipeline, the more uniform the particle distribution in the pipe is, and the more easy obtaining acceleration is. It is indicated by comparison that the simulation conclusion is consistent with the actual measurement results.
