摘  要:为提高自然伽马测井仪壳体强度,设计将壳体的几何尺寸、应力等各参数视为随机变量,采用蒙特卡罗模拟技术,通过Inventor三维实体建模、模型导入ANSYS进行静应力分析、生成概率分析文件、使用PDS模块等步骤,对外壳体强度进行蒙特卡罗模拟,并进行分析,得到比传统设计方法精度高的壳体失效概率及可靠度。在置信度为95%时,该壳体的可靠度为100%,为自然伽马测井仪壳体强度的设计提供了新的思路,具有一定的工程应用价值。最后,对自然伽马测井仪外壳体做外部压力试验,在_定的压力下,保持15min,加压、保压和卸压都正常。The geometric dimensions and stress were taken as random variables to establish shell model of natural gamma logging tool. The 3D solid model was established by Inventor software and imported into ANSYS to make the static stress analysis, the probability analysis files were created and the reliability of shell with PDS module was calculated by Monto Carlo simulation technique. The method could obtain higher precision of failure probability and reliability than the traditional design. The reliability of shell was 100% in the confidence level of 95%. It showed that the method was feasible and had important application values. At last, shell pressure test of four detector and high resolution natural gamma logging tool under pressure and 15min was taken, and the result showed that adding pressure, keeping pressure and unloading pressure were normal.
