摘 要:为解决多层金属薄板扩散焊接变形问题,本文对焊件变形产生的原因进行了分析,并根据不同原因提出了相应的变形控制措施。针对焊件的弯曲现象,设计了压力均匀性测试试验,分析了焊接过程中工件的受力情况,并根据测试结果优化了扩散焊接设备。实验表明,这些措施有效地减小了扩散焊工件的变形,改善了焊接质量,保证了零件的制造精度。In order to solve the deformation problems of multilayer metal sheets subassemblies by diffusion bonding, the reasons of deformations in subassemblies were analyzed, and the relevant methods were put forward to control different deformations of subassemblies. The experiments were designed to test the pressure uniformity of diffusion bonding equipment for the distortion of workpieces, and the stress distributions of workpieces in diffusion bonding were analyzed. The diffusion bonding equipment was optimized by the results of experiments in this paper. The results showed that the distortions could be reduced availability and the quality and precision of produces could be improved remarkably.
