新型纸质餐具用疏水改性丙烯酸酯乳液防水剂的制备

摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲脂、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚甲基丙烯酸酯等为主要单体制备了纸质餐具防水剂；确定了其较佳的工艺条件：种子乳液聚合法，反应温度86℃，反应时间3h，各主要单体质量比为1：1：2。用渗透法和吸水率对纸张防水性能进行测试。结果表明该防水剂具有优异的防水性能。The paper tableware waterproof agent was prepared with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate,styrene and alkyl polyethyleneoxide ether methacrylate as the main monomer, it was found that the suitable technological condition was： seed emulsion polymerization method, the reaction temperature：86 ℃, the reaction time：3 h, the proportion of each monomer： 1 ： 1 ： 2. The waterproof performance of paper was tested by the method of penetration and water absorption, the results showed that the waterproof agent has excellent waterproof performance.
