影响中国女排优秀运动员成长因素的调查研究

摘　　要：在现代社会,竞技体育发展水平的高低己成为国家和地区物质文明与精神文明发展水平的标志,如何培养优秀运动员已成为各国竞技体育发展的一项重要工作。优秀女排运动员是中国排球界的宝贵财富,对其成才过程进行多角度、深层次、整体性系统的研究,为中国以后培养优秀女排运动员具有实践指导意义同时也对其他竞技运动项目培养优秀运动员给予借鉴。论文采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、运用因子分析、假设检验的统计方法对中国女排优秀运动员的成长进行分析,总结影响她们成才的因子,并逐一分析中国女排优秀运动员各成才因子的具体情况,得出以下结论:1)影响中国女排优秀运动员成才的主要因子共7类因子,包括竞赛因子、智能因子、训练因子、社会条件因子、德育结构因子、身体选材因子、管理因子;2)中国女排优秀运动员具有良好的身体形态、智力能力、职业道德素养和良好的人际关系,并注重提升自己文化知识水平,性格上表现出既有理智、又能自觉、自制、坚定、果断;3)教练员、大赛经历、训练方法、训练手段及训练条件对中国优秀女排运动员成长影响较大,在竞赛特征中发现中国优秀女排运动员的训练过程存在提高训练阶段年限过短的问题;4)社会条件因子及运动员的管理与中国女排运动员的成才有着密切的联系,中国女排优秀运动员的流动与调节的管理存在一定的不合理性。In modern society, the level of competitive sports has already become a sign of a country or region＇s ma-terial civilization and spiritual civilization. How to cultivate outstanding athlete has become an important work todevelop every country＇s athletic sports. Elite female volleyball players are precious in Chinese volleyball circle. Toresearch their growth in a widely, deeply, and overall perspective can provide practice directive significance tocultivate elite female volleyball player and provide a reference to other competitive sports. This paper analyzedgrowth of elite Chinese female volleyball player by methods of expert interview, questionnaire, factor analysis, andhypothesis testing statistic. This study concluded their talent factor and each one＇s concrete factor. Conclusions：1 ） There are 7 kinds of main factors affecting elite Chinese female volleyball players, including competition factor,intelligence factor, training factor, social factor, moral educational structure factor, body material selection factor,and management factor. 2） Elite Chinese female volleyball players have good physical condition, mental ability,professional ethics and good interpersonal relationship, and they pay attention to improve their cultural knowledgelevel. Their character of the performance is not only sensible, but also conscious, self-conscious, self-constrain,undeviating, decisive. 3 ） Coach, mega-competition experience, training method, training means, and trainingcondition have great influences on their growth. It was found that there are some problems in the training process ofthe elite Chinese female volleyball players. 4） The social condition factor and the athlete management are closelylinked with the development of elite Chinese female volleyball players. In some degree, the flow and adjustment ofelite Chinese female volleyball players are not reasonable.
