摘　　要：为创建有利于培养学生实践能力和创新能力的实验教学环境,实现优质教学资源共享,天津医科大学在国内率先组建了护理学实验教学中心.该中心于2014年获评国家级实验教学示范中心.本文从实验教学体系创新、实验教师队伍建设、实验教学环境提升等几个方面总结了护理学实验教学示范中心的建设成效与特色,提示了实验教学中心创建对复合型护理人才培养的重要作用.With the aim of establishing a experimental teaching environment in favor of developing students practical and innovation ability and realizing the sharing of the high quality teaching resource, Tianjin Medical University takes the lead in setting up nursing experimental teaching center in China.The center was awarded as state experimental teaching demonstration center in 2014.The article makes a summing up of the construction effect and characteristics of the nursing experimental teaching demonstration center in the aspects of experimental teaching system innovation, experimental teacher team construction, and experimental teaching environment enhancement, which suggests that the construction of the experimental teaching center plays an important role in training comprehensive nursing talents.
