摘　　要：目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)手术及正压通气治疗(CPAP)的临床疗效。方法选取我院收诊的OSAHS患者106例,均采取完整保留悬雍垂改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术,根据围手术期采取的治疗方案分成观察组和对照组,观察组围手术期给予CPAP治疗,对照组围手术期则不给予CPAP治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后深睡眠期(S3+S4)、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)水平优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组快速动眼期(REM)、S3+S4、LSaO2、AHI水平优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组REM、S3+S4、LSaO2、AHI水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者围术期采用正压通气治疗有助于手术的顺利进行,并且可以改善患者的手术效果,是一种可靠并且简单易行的治疗方法。Objective to observe the obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome（OSAHS）surgery and positive airway pressure（CPAP）the clinical efficacy of treatment.Methods Select our hospital diagnosis of OSAHS patients,106 cases were taken completely retained uvula improved ZPP pharyngoplasty,according to the perioperative treatment were divided into observation group and control group,observation group perioperative CPAP treatment,control group perioperative does not give CPAP therapy,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The deep stage in observation group after treatment（S3 and S4）,the lowest blood oxygen saturation（LSaO^2）,apnea hypoventilation index（AHI）level is better than that of before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.REM sleep（REM）controls,S3＋S4,LSaO^2,AHI level is better than that of before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group of REM,S3＋S4,LSaO^2,AHI level is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome perioperative use positive pressure ventilation therapy can help the operation smoothly,and can improve the patient＇s operation effect,is a reliable and simple treatment.
