摘　　要：本文对节能评估文件与节能篇章的区别、节能评估分类、节能评估核心内容(包括建设方案、能源消耗及能效水平评估)和有关计算进行了分析,供节能评估文件编制时参考。This paper analyzes the difference between energy saving assessment document and energy saving chapter, energy saving assessment classification, energy saving assessment core contents （including construction plan, energy consumption and energy efficiency level assessment） and related calculations. It can provide reference for the preparation of energy saving assessment document.
