丹参针、灯盏花素针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者D-二聚体的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参针、灯盏花素针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者D-二聚体的影响。方法将64例AECOPD患者随机分为丹参针组与灯盏花素针组,丹参针组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参针20ml,静脉滴注,每日1次,灯盏花素针组在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏花素针20mg,静脉滴注,每日1次,2组均治疗10d为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后的疗效及D-二聚体的变化。结果近期临床疗效比较,2组差异无统计学意义;治疗后,丹参针组D-二聚体水平明显下降(P<0.01),灯盏花素针组与治疗前D-二聚体比较,差异无统计学意义,但2组治疗后D-二聚体水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参针能有效降低AECOPD患者的D-二聚体水平,改善AECOPD患者的血栓前状态。Objective To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection and breviscapine injection on Ddimer in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods A total of 64 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into salvia miltiorrhiza injection group and breviscapine injection group.The salvia miltiorrhiza injection group was treated with an addition of a salvia miltiorrhiza injection（20ml,qd）based on conventional therapy while the breviscapine injection group was treated with a breviscapine injection（20mg,qd）in addition to the conventional therapy.The effect after the treatments and the changes of D-dimer before and after the treatments in both groups were observed,with a course of treatment of 10 days.Results Comparison of short-term efficiency between the two groups showed no significant difference.Comparison of D-dimer before and after the treatment with a salvia miltiorrhiza injection presented statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Comparison of D-dimer before and after the treatment with a breviscapine injection revealed no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.After treatments,comparison of D-dimer between these two groups demonstrated statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection might effectively reduce the level of D-dimer in patients with AECOPD and improve the prethrombotic state at the acute attack stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
