贫困地区农村剩余劳动力转移就业质量实证研究——以鄂西为例

摘　　要：当前农村剩余劳动力转移就业群体对我国经济和社会发展发挥着重要作用,如何提高农村剩余劳动力转移就业质量,已成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文构建贫困地区农村剩余劳动力转移就业质量评价指标体系,基于鄂西的调查数据,对贫困地区农村剩余劳动力转移就业质量状况进行实证研究。本文研究结论表明,当前贫困地区农村剩余劳动力转移就业质量评价总体水平较低,主要反映在农村剩余劳动力转移就业整体工作条件差、劳动关系不和谐、薪酬福利水平较低、职业发展不理想、个人薪酬福利满意度低。针对这些问题本文最后提出相关政策建议。Nowadays the transfer of rural surplus labor force has played an important role in the development of economy and society. How to improve employment quality of the transfer of rural surplus labor force has been our most urgent problem. This paper builds an employment quality evaluation index system of the transfer of rural surplus labor force,uses the data from the west of Hubei province to do an empirical analysis of employment quality of the transfer of rural surplus labor force in the poverty area. The conclusion shows that in the poverty area employment quality of the transfer of rural surplus labor force is very low. It includes that their work condition is poor,labor relationship is not harmonious,wage level is very low,career development is not ideal,the satisfaction degree of wage and benefits is very low. Based on the conclusion,this paper proposed some related policy suggestions.
