摘  要:在对众筹商业模式已有理论研究分析的基础上,分析了影响参与成员间信任的因素,并以众筹平台作为第三方监管机构,运用KMRW声誉模型,从筹资人和出资人不同理性动机的角度出发,进行了多阶段的动态博弈.通过设计相应的保障机制和激励机制来构建众筹参与双方的信任机制,从而有效地促进和加强筹资人与出资人间的信任合作关系,保障众筹模式的稳定运行和健康发展.This paper analysis the factors that influence the trust between participate members in the Crowdfunding business model that has theoretical studies previously. Using crowdfunding platform as the third party supervision mechanism, basing on the KMRW reputation model, we conducted a multi-stage dynamic game from the different rational motivation perspective of the financing and investors. Design the guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism to build the both sides trust mechanism, in this way, we can effectively promote and strengthen trust and cooperation between the financing and investors, ensure the stable operation and healthy development of the Crowdfunding business model.
