摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者血清中血管生成素-1(Ang-1)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、膜联蛋白A2(Annexin A2)、Ang-1/Ang-2比值表达水平变化及其意义。方法:选择2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者71例:其中糖尿病患者(DM组)39例,糖尿病肾病患者(DN组)32例;另外选取同期体检健康人对照(NC组)30例。采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测三组人群血清中Ang-1、Ang-2、Annexin A2的表达水平。结果:(1)血清Ang-2在DN组高于DM组(P<0.05);(2)血清Ang-1/Ang-2比值在DM组高于NC组(P<0.05),在DN组低于DM组(P<0.05);(3)血清Annexin A2在DNⅣ期患者高于DM组(P<0.05)。结论:Ang-1、Ang-2、Ang-1/Ang-2比值、Annexin A2在DN微血管病变发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用,可以作为评价DN患者微血管病变的重要客观参考指标之一。Objective： Study on the expression level of Ang- 1,Ang- 2,Annexin A2 gene in the diabetic nephropathy.Methods： Ang- 1,Ang- 2,Annexin A2 were measured in three groups of T2 DM by Real- time PCR,including 39 cases of diabetes（ DM）,32 cases of diabetic nephropathy group（ DN） and 32 healthy subjects with physical and 30 healthy subjects with physical examination were selected as the control group. Results：（ 1） Ang- 1 level were higher in DN than in DM（ P 0. 05）;（ 2） Ang- 1 /Ang- 2 ratio level were higher in DM than in NC（ P 0. 05）,were lower in DN than in DM（ P 0. 05）;（ 3） Expression of Annexin A2 in DNⅣ stage were higher in DM（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Ang- 1、Ang- 2、Ang- 1 / Ang- 2 stage、Annexin A2 play an important role in the development and progression of microvascular disease DN,you can evaluate the DN as an important objective in patients with one of the reference index.
