聊城市2459名青年学生艾滋病知识态度及行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解聊城市青年学生有关艾滋病(AIDS)的知识、态度及行为等状况,为在该人群中开展艾滋病健康宣传及咨询检测提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,根据知情同意的原则,随机抽取辖区内2583名青年学生,进行自填式问卷调查,并采集静脉血进行艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体血清学检测。结果有效问卷2459份,艾滋病知识知晓率为71.70%(1763人)。5.49%的学生(135人)有过性行为经历,其中第一次发生性行为是商业性伴和临时性伴的占20.74%(28人),34.81%(47人)有固定性伴;最近一次使用安全套的比例为30.53%(29/95)。2459人中,84.51%(2078人)对HIV感染者及病人持同情/帮助态度,59.74%的人(1469人)愿意与HIV感染者/AIDS病人交往。结论青年学生中存在婚前性行为和少数的商业性行为,对艾滋病防治知识掌握不全面,安全套使用率低。大多数青年学生对HIV感染者和病人持同情帮助态度,但仍存在一定程度的恐惧和歧视心理。建议采取综合干预措施,提高青年学生安全性行为意识,杜绝不安全性性行为发生。Objective To know acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）related knowledge,attitude and behavior among young students,in order to provide the scientific basis for health promotion,counseling and testing.Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling method was used.2583 students recruited from Liaocheng finished the selfresponse questionnaires anonymously and received serological tests of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）after informed consent obtained.Results 2459 valid questionnaires were collected.The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 71.70%（1763/2459）.5.49%（135/2459）of the students reported having sexual behavior,and among them20.74%（28/135）had their first sexual behavior with a temporary sex partner or a commercial sex partner,and34.81%（47/135）had regular sex partners.The rate of condom use was 30.53%（29/95）in the last time of their intercourse.84.50%（2078/2459）was sympathetic to the HIV infected and expressed willingness to help them,and59.74%（1469/2459）would like to associate with them.Conclusion Part of students has premarital sexual behavior,and a few students had commercial sexual behavior.Young students had a lower level of AIDS knowledge and condom use.Part of students expresses their fear and discrimination against HIV/AIDS.It is necessary to strengthen the high-risk behavior intervention,and to promote safe sex among students.
