摘　　要：目的了解某部航空官兵的心理状况及心理压力源。方法采用自编的《部队官兵心理状况及心理压力源调查问卷》,对1433名航空兵部队官兵进行调查和分析。结果 69.50%航空兵对自己的精神状态感到满意;80%-90%航空兵与人相处轻松愉快、对未来充满信心、知道负性情绪有害健康、满意社会支持系统、可以应付工作压力;仅57.50%航空兵对自己的沟通技巧感到满意,明显低于联勤某部官兵;77.11%航空兵对军人职业感到满意或荣耀,明显低于联勤某部官兵。38.38%航空兵心理压力来自前途,31.96%来自家庭困难;有心理压力和思想困惑时,70.20%航空兵找朋友倾诉,39.64%找父母倾诉,仅10.96%和12.70%航空兵找领导及心理医生倾诉。航空兵某部官兵精神状态、价值观、心理压力和倾诉对象需要加以引导。结论各级各部门应通力合作,多措并举,改善航空兵部队工作生活条件、提高管理水平,加强心理健康教育,引导航空兵正确宣泄心理压力,切实做好航空兵部队心理服务工作。Objective To investigate the psychological situation and mental pressure source in officers and soldiers in aviation force.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 1433 airman in aviation force.Results 69.5% airman were satisfied with their mental status,80%-90%airman get along with people relaxed and happy,had confidence in the future,knew bad mood waw harmful to one＇s health,satisfied with the social support system,had ways to cope with the pressure of work.Only 57.50% airman were satisfied with their communication skills which was significantly lower than combined service force.77.11% airman were satisfied with military career which was significantly lower than combined service force.38.38% airman＇s psychological pressure came from the future and 31.96% came from family difficulties.When they had mental pressure,70.20% airman found their friends to pour out,39.64% found their parents to pour out,only10.96%and12.70%choose their leader and psychological doctor as a listener.The psychological situation,values,psychological pressure and speaker of airman need to be guide.Conclusion All departments should cooperate and take more measures to improve the life conditions,to raise the level of management and strengthen psychological health education for psychological service work.
