摘　　要：档案具有提升文化产业水平、优化文化产业结构、重构文化产业布局等功能。随着现代信息技术的发展以及档案利用需求的提高,档案文化价值、信息价值日益凸显,档案文化产业发展前景广阔,其经济内核将产生"裂变",并成为文化产业发展的"新引擎"。要通过打造文化产业发展的新航母、文化产业发展的新集群、文化产业发展的新空间等措施,进一步强化档案的文化产业功能。Archives function in enhancing the cultural industry, optimizing the industrial structure,restructuring cultural industry layout, etc. With the demand for the development of modern information technology and the widespread use of archives, the cultural and informational value of archives has become increasingly prominent. Due to the potential prospects for development in archival culture industry and the＂fission＂of its economic core, it will become the new development engine of cultural industry. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the archival function of developing cultural industry by creating a new aircraft carrier, a new cluster and a new space for cultural industry development.
