摘 要:目的分析2005-2014年武汉市血吸虫病疫情变化趋势。方法对2005-2014年武汉市13个疫区血吸虫病疫情年报资料进行整理分析,描述血吸虫病疫情和流行趋势。结果 2014年血吸虫推算病人数为1 514人,较2005年(12 769人)下降88.14%;急感人数自2008年后保持为0;人群感染率为0.12%,较2005年(2.96%)下降95.95%;耕牛存栏数1.7万头,较2005年(4.33万头)减少60.74%;耕牛感染率为0.01%,较2005年(1.68%)下降99.40%;实有钉螺面积12 791.33万平方米,比2005年减少760.8万平方米。结论武汉市血吸虫病疫情总体呈下降趋势,但近几年下降幅度偏缓,呈现"平台期"。Objective To analyze the epidemics trend of schistosomiasis in Wuhan City. Methods Annual reports on schistosomiasis control from 2005 to 2014 of 13 regions in Wuhan City were analyzed. The characteristics and prevalence of schistosomiasis were then described. Results The estimated number of schistosomiasis cases was 1514 in 2014,88. 14% less than 2005( 12 769). The number of cases of acute schistosomiasis remained zero since 2008. The infection rate of schistosomiasis among residents was 0. 12%,95. 95% less than 2005( 2. 96%). The number of cattle was 17 000,60. 74% less than 2005( 43 300). The infection rate of cattle was 0. 01%,99. 40% less than 2005( 1. 68%). The snail-ridden areas accounted for 12 791. 33 million m2,760. 8 million m-2 less than 2005. Conclusions The schistosomiasis epidemic in Wuhan city generally presented a tend of decline,and the rate of decline was slowing down in recent years,presenting a 'plateau phase'.
