烟碱制剂热贮稳定性实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过实验研究提高烟碱制剂的稳定性。方法参照国家标准《农药热贮稳定性试验方法》中有关内容,对不同制剂进行检测等。结果加入亚硝酸钠制剂的热贮1、2周有效成分分解率分别为5.81%、7.67%。结论加入特定稳定剂可使烟碱制剂保持较好的稳定性。Objective To improve the stability of the nicotine preparation by the experimental study. Methods According to the national standard of pesticides hot storage stability test method relevant content,to detect different preparations. Results The effective component decomposition rate were respectively 5. 81% ad 7. 67%after heat storage preparation 1 or 2 weeks by adding sodium nitrite. Conclusions The addition of specific stabilizer can make the nicotine preparation maintain good stability.
