胎儿侧脑室形态异常的MRI表现与分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析胎儿侧脑室形态异常的MRI表现,为临床产前诊断及预后判断提供有效的信息。方法回顾性分析39例因病或因畸所致侧脑室形态异常的胎儿颅脑MRI资料。结果 39例胎儿中胼胝体发育不全21例,脑穿通畸形或脑室旁软化灶13例(单侧者5例,双侧者8例),脑室旁-脑室内出血2例,憩室性畸形2例(透明隔缺如1例,单脑叶型前脑无裂1例),Dandy-Walker畸形1例。结论胎儿侧脑室形态的改变的特点对诊断颅脑疾病或畸形具有重要的价值。Objective： To analysis the MRI appearances of fetal lateral ventricle morphological abnormalities and provide the accurate and effective information for prenatal diagnosis and prognosis in clinic. Methods： The MRI appearances of 39 cases fetus with lateral ventricle morphological abnormalities were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Of 39 cases, agenesis of the corpus callosum were diagnosed in 21 cases, porencephaly or periventricular encephalomalacia were 13 cases （unilateral in 5 cases, bilateral in 8 cases） , periventricular-intravent-ricular hemorrhage were found in 2 cases, holoprosencephaly were 2 cases （1 case of absence of septum pellucidum, phyllodes holoprosencephaly in 1 case） , Dandy-Walker deformity was 1 case. Conclusion： The lateral ventricle morphological change in fetus has an important value for diagnosis of cerebral diseases or deformities.
